Shannon is a licensed commercial real estate broker and attorney, with a background in banking and project management. Over her 20-year career in real estate she has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars of sales and financing for multi-family commercial deals across the U.S., managed rezonings and spearheaded development and redevelopment projects. She specializes in Affordable Housing and enjoys working with developers to find ways to increase access to safe and affordable housing across the U.S. After spending several years on large national teams with PNC bank and CBRE, she is now with Colliers where she is actively working to build their affordable housing sales practice nationwide. Active in her community, Shannon is the immediate past president of CREW Kentucky and sits on the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board for the City of Louisville. Shannon is also a mom of two and military spouse, she loves to travel with her family and go hiking and kayaking in state and national parks.
